The Customer / User / Agency agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein upon accessing and using the website and booking engine.

Belconti Resort Hotel reserves the right to amend the rules and conditions at any time without prior notice or liability.

Accommodation rates and additional extras within the reservation system are based on Turkish Lira (TRY / TL).

Online bookings are accepted for a maximum of 21 consecutive nights and may be guaranteed 100% via credit card or provisionally booked via Bank Transfer / EFT.

A maximum of two separate bookings can be made with the same credit card on the same day.

For security purposes, the 3-digit security code (CVV/CVC) on the back of the credit card must be entered during the booking transaction.

Direct modification of bookings or dates through the website interface is not permitted. Guests must contact the Call Center (+90 242 715 15 45 / 444 50 95) for modification requests.

Alternatively, the original reservation must be cancelled first and a new booking must be created.

Reservations created by travel agencies can only be cancelled by the respective agency. Written confirmation e-mails are automatically issued by Belconti Resort Hotel for all bookings and cancellations.

a) Instant Confirmation and Receipt: The booking confirmation and payment receipt can be downloaded/printed on the confirmation screen and are simultaneously dispatched to the registered e-mail address. Original physical invoices may be mailed upon request.

b) For bookings made through Member Agencies, section (a) applies accordingly. The agency provides the confirmation and receipt to the customer, and Belconti Resort Hotel issues the invoice.

Upon successful credit card authorization, the payment receipt and accommodation voucher are generated instantly.

For reservations made with bank transfer / EFT option, the full payment must be remitted to the official bank accounts of Belconti Resort Hotel within a maximum of 3 days.

Otherwise, Belconti Resort Hotel reserves the right to automatically cancel the reservation without notice.

Online reservations can be cancelled via the official Belconti Resort Hotel system or via telephone. Cancellation fees may range up to 100% of the total booking value.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date: The collected payment will be refunded 100% without deductions.

• Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to the check-in date: A 100% cancellation penalty applies (no refund).

Cancellation requires entering the unique voucher/reservation code provided at booking. The customer is strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this code.

Agency reservations may only be cancelled by the booking agency.

Guests are obligated to make bookings according to the designated market currency and rates assigned to their country of legal residence.

If a reservation is made under an inapplicable market or currency, the guest must pay the applicable price difference calculated by the Hotel at check-in. The hotel bears no responsibility for discrepancies arising from incorrect residency declarations.

Belconti Resort Hotel reserves the right to partially or completely alter or cancel reservations prior to or during the stay due to circumstances not attributable to the consumer.

The guest may accept the modification, accept an alternative service offered by Belconti Resort Hotel, or cancel the reservation with a full refund of all amounts paid.

The hotel may postpone or cancel reservations due to Force Majeure events including severe weather conditions, road closures, strikes, terrorism, war or imminent threat of war, natural disasters, and unforeseen technical emergencies beyond reasonable control.

For online payments, applicable refunds are credited directly back to the original credit card used during booking or to the verified bank account provided by the customer.

Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards are accepted for online booking transactions.

Belconti Resort Hotel makes no warranties regarding the absolute completeness of website information and reserves the right to update contents at any time.

All website materials and contents are provided on an "as is" basis without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

The hotel is not liable for data loss, system interruptions, communication delays, computer viruses, or unauthorized access resulting from technical errors or force majeure.

Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, contracts regarding accommodation, leisure, and recreational services scheduled for a specific date or period are exempt from statutory withdrawal rights.

Consequently, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once a booking is confirmed; all cancellations are strictly subject to Article 7 of this Agreement.

Reservation payments are conducted exclusively through certified secure payment gateways supported by 3D Secure verification.

Card credentials and SMS one-time verification codes must only be handled by the cardholder and never disclosed to third parties. Any liability arising from the disclosure of verification codes rests entirely with the cardholder.

Belconti Resort Hotel cannot be held liable for unauthorized or fraudulent charges resulting from the consumer's disclosure of payment details, identification data, or banking confirmation codes to third parties.

System logs relating to reservations and payments (including IP addresses, server timestamps, gateway payment logs, and call center recordings) constitute binding and conclusive electronic evidence in any dispute.

This agreement consists of 18 articles and becomes legally effective upon digital approval by the customer.

This contract is governed by Turkish Law. In the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement, Antalya Courts and Execution Offices have exclusive jurisdiction.
